Our university's online education and adult education students who are applying for a bachelor's degree must meet the following conditions:

(3) Participate in one of the following foreign language proficiency exams and pass the exam:

2. Before applying for the degree, pass the written examination of the National English Proficiency Test (PETS) Level 3 or above;
