The Chinese citizens who meet the following requirements can apply: 1. They shall abide by the Constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China; 2. They shall be employees or other individuals in society who have been recognized by the state for their educational level at various high and secondary schools; 3. They shall be physically healthy, self-sufficient in their daily lives, and not affect their major studies; 4. Those who apply for higher education diploma for secondary vocational education should have completed high school or secondary vocational education and above. Those who apply for undergraduate education for non-degree holders must have obtained the diploma of junior college or higher education approved by the Ministry of Education. 5.
